Digital Photography : Shoot, Edit, Showcase
This Digital Photography Summer Camp is a five-day, 25-hour creative experience designed for students interested in learning photography with their smartphones or cameras. Campers will explore key concepts such as composition, exposure, lighting, and visual storytelling through guided lessons and outdoor photo walks around the University of Alberta, Historic Garneau, and Windsor Hall. Students will edit their images using accessible software like Lightroom, Photopea, or Snapseed to enhance their personal style and technical skills. Throughout the week, they'll receive peer and instructor feedback to help curate a final image. The camp culminates in a professional month-long gallery exhibition at Pixel Blue College, showcasing each student’s best work.
